To the Vice President—

Candidates must possess a degree in any field such as technology, management, public policy, development studies, economics, liberal arts, law, etc.

For senior consultants—

Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, and preferably a degree/certificate in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.

For public policy professionals—

Candidates must hold a Master of Public Policy, Master of Public Administration, Master of Development Studies or equivalent qualification.

For legal professionals—

Candidates must hold an LLB degree from a recognized institution/university.

To the Vice President—

Candidates must have 25 years of professional experience in technology and public policy, including at least 10 years in management roles.

For senior consultants—

Candidates must have 10 years of experience in technology, design, development, and implementation of at least one AI/ML solution throughout their life cycle.

For public policy professionals—

Candidates must have 5 years of applied research and analysis experience in policy and project management.

For legal professionals—

Candidates must have experience in the privacy field, including providing training and preparing compliance procedures and manuals.
