Number of vacancies
Under this recruitment process, 70 posts will be filled in the organization.
General Duty (GD) – 50 vacancies
Tech (Engg/Elect) – 20 vacancies
Educational qualifications
General Duty – Candidates should have a degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60 percent marks in aggregate.
They should have Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to Intermediate or Class XII of the 10+2+3 system of education or its equivalent with at least 55 percent aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics
Technical (Mechanics)– You should have an engineering degree from a recognized university in naval architecture or mechanics or
Marine or Automotive or Mechatronics or Industrial and Manufacturing or Metallurgy or Design or Aerospace with at least 60 percent aggregate marks.
Technical (Electrical/Electronics)– You should have an engineering degree from a recognized university in Electrical or Electronics or
Telecommunications or Instrumentation or Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and Communication or Power Engineering or Power Electronics with at least 60 percent aggregate marks.
Age limit
Applicants should be between 21 and 25 years of age, i.e. born between July 1, 1999 and June 30, 2003
An age reduction of five years is granted for members of the Coast Guard or equivalent personnel in the Army/Navy and Air Force
Only male applicants may apply for the positions.
The last date for submission of online applications is March 6, 2023.
